Love too but travling up from Southend might prove a bit of long old hike…

Now if a flight or two from Southend could be arranged…

They interviewd the guy on Anglia News and even showed footage of the crash! had a flame out in one of the engines on take off as you see the flame come out the back of the engine you see the aircraft start wobbling about in the air before it banks towards some trees and dissapering behind them then BANG.

Does anybody know if the Rapide ‘GSH is still in the museum at Bournemouth? I tried phoning but they close at 1500 and I missed them. Thanks in advance.

Was she not the one that retired to the museum after the Buck House flypast, she took off from Duxford formated with four other Rapides, flew over Buck House before flying on to Bournmouth to retire?

How many tapes are we talking about here?

I still have my old Video8 camcorder somewhere in the house… well Have two and a dead MiniDv as well as my new Mini Dv yes FOUR camcorders three “work”.

The old old Video8 took on a Harrier and lost, got coverd in the North Sea! the next works fine or worked fine last time I saw it I just upgraded to MoniDV then that went **** up just after the warntiee (or how ever its spelt ran out) the drive and heads are knackerd so in the long run it was cheaper to buy a new one.

I’m waffling I dont mind lending you my Video8 if you want to borrow it.

    Press Release:

Discovery Turbo gears up for Sky launch
    Feb 12, 2007 08:13 PM
A new motoring channel targeted at adult men is to be launched by Discovery Networks next month.

Discovery Turbo will launch on 1st March replacing Discovery Wings on Sky 524, Virgin Media 212

The channel will be offering programs featuring the most exciting new vehicles including cars, trucks, motorbike, planes and trains.

Dan Brooke, general manager at Discovery Networks in the UK, said: “Discovery Turbo will provide an unprecedented viewing experience for men aged 18 – 54 who are passionate about speed and motors. The unique proposition offered by Discovery Turbo also provides advertisers with a valuable and high quality environment for products and services targeted to this valuable demographic.”

Discovery Wings will be axed in favour of a new motoring channel called Discovery Turbo on March 1st 2007.

Shame that it could not be a transportation channel covering all forms of transport, is a bit limiting having a channel for just aircraft or just cars.
