So what’s the betting modellers who make Galaxies put those IFR markings on perfectly lined up, instead of wonky as on the real thing above?

Er the markings are straight its just that all C-5s are slightly bent. Something to do with better cornering ability on the ground 😉

They were lucky to get out of it, didn’t know that the Herkybirds could fly with less than four engines, they aren’t really designed for it.

Ive heard of turkeys flying and surviving with two engines out on the same wing.

Does anyone remember or know wat happened to the Gloster Javelin that was parked at the end of the runway at R.A.F. Newton in Nottinghamshire in the early 70’s?

same question for the one at RAF Innsworth in the early 90s

But just to muddy the waters (no pun intended) a little further the band were dragged through various legal battles because Waters wanted the band name, but so did Gilmour hence the long gap between Final Cut and Division Bell,

    Very ironic album titles

Did anybody go to Berlin to watch The Wall concert there? I watched it on DVD last night a fabulous concert 😀

As somebody who can put a spanner down and never see it again, I’m hardly qualified to comment, but how can you lose a propellor?

Read the book and find out its quite an amusing story 😀

After doing the google ive decided that the yanks are doing the right thing making a film about his life as he probably paved the way for the other Americans that came over and fought for us lets hope they do it right.

I dont know the answers either but the colour scheme suggests that it was used as a fire fighter so perhaps we can trace the company that owned them then go from their.
