Well’ should be noted as one of Frogs last kits 🙁

Cockneys vs Zombies, a true cinematic great, very funny indeed 😀
With a star studed cast, which includes- Richard Briers, Honor Blackman, Tony Selby, you know it must be good 😉

It was a great series, but maybe it stopped at the right time….
What might have been…
ah, XF708 before the rot set in, shame she ended up in such in state 🙁
All good stuff though Darren. Thanks for sharing 🙂
A little while after the Airfix Spitfire IX, I built one (well, several over the years in various guises) of these, my favourite ever model kit 😀

On a familiar theme, Airfix Spitfire IX , bought from TooDees Model Shop in Newquay when I was 7 years old, not realising the slippery slope I was about to go down, as the loft is now rammed from on end to the other with plastic kit as I began buying & selling the damn things, bought redundant shop stock, kits from boot fares just about anything I could lay my hands on (built a tiny proportion on the way) I have boxed kits going back to the 50’s to the present day issues, all I can say is thank god for Evilbay as the load on the joists is finally being lightened 😀

If I was the Director of RAFM and had a huge Heritage Lottery Grant to spend. I’d give serious consideration to moving lock stock and barrel to Kenley. Think of all that lovely empty space where the hangars used to be to slap a shiny new museum building on and a whole active airfield behind it for fly-ins and an airshow…
Hmmm maybe not Kenley, how about Newquay!
oh, hang on minute…..:o
Not sure if it’s coincidence, but there’s a question on AIX about how to use a Sicard!
Might have to check that out, after 10 years of keeping the damn things ready to go, I never actually got to use one properly in anger lol
Looks like one of our old Sicards 😮
Old 795 in the snow 2009

Thanks Al, saw that when it first came out, forgotten all about it 😎
Indeed, welcome back Charlie hunt and Mark 12 & of course Tangmere ‘boomerang’ 1940 😀
+2 (+ vat) 🙁
