After over a hundred years of flight we are further in knowledge of what works and what doesn’t but on the other further away from knowing our full potential in travelling through air.
Yes I think it was the dam wall at Copeton and the abattoir at Guyra were targets for training flights. Was at Tingha one day in 94 visiting a friend when one came screaming over wings back just above tree level.
Nice atmospheric footage doing what a pig does well..Coming from the New England area of NSW I,ve seen em lower 🙂
Very nice indeed,Thanks for posting.Weather looks familiar LOL.
Hot and sweaty 🙂
Yes out of all the raids Erp 210 did suprisingly well.Just read the BoB Jubillie issue book.
In that case I would put all manufacturer tags as “Berlin” 😉
Most definately keep your base correct and as a major tool in building all the parts off.For assemblies mating surfaces on curves and splines will give you endless headaches.Where ever you can lock parts into place by hole centres. If you find an error walk away from it to get fresh perspective. There are a lot of fixes for the one problem but only one is most logical.. 😉
Yes target fixation is a major concern;) I take blame but no responsability in my postings..;) We found a lot of stuff not quite right with the spit. With fabrication we just had to do what worked.Moving holes is the norm..as long as rivet and edge distance rules were not comprimised.
Me109 pilot…”WEEEEEEEEEE”…….RAF pilot…”B@st@rd”
For personal reasons I moved up to Bribie Island to regain some sense of self.I still help out when I am able…
Yes guys I thought same thing it must be parallel and only curve I can think of is in the flange to where it sits against the curved skin. But thought there was a shaped shim for that.
Curve!!!Nooooo not more curves..;)
