Thanks Ken will forward the info on.:)
The Tropical MkVs in Australia had later radio packs fiitted hence no aerial from mast to tail and no IFF from fuselage to tail.
Isn’t there a couple Tigers/King Tigers near there as well.
Think there are a couple more projects in their infancy in the country.
Wasn’t there one in a lake in Victoria as well?
Going off a hazy memory a MkV.
No idea but did work a design in 3D..Which is on my dead laptop :(..Some aluminium plate and a drill press will make one.Off memory the starwheel is connected to the collar which turns the outer tubee.
I always disliked this one…

Hahahaha you hussy :highly_amused::highly_amused::highly_amused:
Its a good feeling when you start putting some paint on a project even though you still have lots of work to do. Lets hope subsequent batches of paint match up!
At least the metal will be better protected from our cold and damp weather.
Looks amazing well done….
Hi Guys,
new panel acquired. Its from a RAAF CAC Winjeel. Condition as per the pic is as removed from its last airframe.:D
Cmon show us rest of your toys 🙂
If we are talking the Museum of Army Flying at Middle Wallop and not the Australian version then the answer is yes.
Hahaha yes I always have to look twice as well.
Ross
