Landings were just as dangerous if your lights were on or off.Didn,t some axis Nightfighters follow the stream all the way home to pray on landing heavies??
I would think the best thing anyone could do is get down there and help out.Get their hands dirty and protect what is outside..I think a similar Museum in the Uk has done wonders with what they have…
