Do you think that recurring training/testing for drivers would be a good thing? What interval do you think would be appropriate?

Imagine finding the entry/exit points on the A380, could take some time.

    In what way, exactly?

Well, the company had a hard line with other employees and forced pay changes. These militant cabin crew not only caused massive chaos, negative publicity, but if they persisted would have put peoples livelihoods on the line. There are lots of great crew out there who love their job and their company.

Sorry, I agree with Sandy – boot the ******* out and give the job to people who do want it. People who have been made redundant, families to support and bills to pay.

Nice catch. Why do some people just chock the front wheel on the Airbus, particularly when it’s left unattended.

These pictures highlight how boring modern aviation can be. Thanks for uploading.

A kick in the teeth for every one else who have had to take pay-freezes, and cuts just to keep their job.

You can just imagine the sinking feeling that engineer felt…emotionally and physically!

Add to that list laziness…..so many drivers these days are just too lazy to drive well!

I’d like to add patience to that list. Some people really do seem to cheat death to shave literally seconds off their journey.

There is an old man a couple doors along from me. He can barely walk, and needs assistance getting into the car. I cannot understand why he should be allowed to drive when his wife – who goes everywhere with him – can also drive. What would happen if he had to do an emergency stop, or avoid something quickly.

Jim, I don’t think your idea should be limited to those over a certain age. I think all drivers should be made to do it. I was following a car full of young females, every one of them was using there phones, and this was on a main road just down from a school.

Pete, that may be the case regarding actual driving ability over the years. Even so the amount of traffic on the roads has increased such that peoples bad habits are magnified, or seen more often.
