I can honestly say I have nothing against them ( Its not nice to start rumours like that;) )
I’m certain that they are both fine upstanding pilots I just look forward to seeing them on the show circuit together

I don’t think the T51 is a wast of sky at all its something different for Legends as there has never been a two seater (correct me if I’m wrong) since WW2
I like the idea of it in 78th group markings maybe it would look good in the orange paint job with the checkered nose of the 78th’s two seater hack

Didn’t Manston have underground hangers during the first world war and do they still exist I’m sure I read it inthe booklet from the museum a long time ago:confused:

I think I’m right didn’t TFC have no less than seven a/c at Biggin Hill two years ago and they used to take quite a few to France each year but as Grayfly has said the airshow world has changed alot in the last 10 years
How many shows can you think of that no long exist? for what ever reason

Boscombe Down

I can’t believe you honestly think that the funds raised from the ‘Friends of TFC’ contribute in any great way to the operating costs of such a collection, I would think it just about pays for a couple of chocks!!
I think Mr Grey could coupe without the money raised from the friends.At least you get to see TFCs a/c and have the friends to inform you of their activities, which is more than could be said for the late Doug Arnold’s collection
BTW Grayfly do you get a badge!!!:D
