Cheers Anon. That rules out V1 then.

It is 19.5 inches wide and 10.5 inches deep narrowing to 7.5 inches.

I can’t make out the inspectors stamp, but the part number seems to be 83038 on the bracket and 99553 on the flat.

Thanks both, if AM doesn’t know it couldn’t have been a common fitment!

Carpet / area bombing would certainly make sense with what the computer seems to do.

Is it fact, or common misconception that the AM crown signifies pre 1944 manufacture?

Will have to look at the APs available at Kew!

Hurrah, thanks guys. I never wouldn’t worked that one out.

I admit it looks uncomfortable but am reliably informed it’s quite comfy even without cushioned pads!
