It is 19.5 inches wide and 10.5 inches deep narrowing to 7.5 inches.
I can’t make out the inspectors stamp, but the part number seems to be 83038 on the bracket and 99553 on the flat.

Carpet / area bombing would certainly make sense with what the computer seems to do.
