Edit… just noticed that he has Phil Manzanera (Roxy Music) on guitar as well 🙂
Strangely, it’s his works, solo, with Roxy (‘Ladytron’ performed live is spine tingling), or Brian Eno’s 801 that does it for me, ‘Diamond Head’ and ‘Sombre Reptiles’ standing out.

It would be a travisty if Black Mike doesn’t get to Cosford or another major museum after Leuchars closes.
Lovely pictures all, really shows how many great schemes the British Phantom appeared in.

Howard500, no worries mate, enthusiasm for aviation is the most important thing here:)

Would the fact that these Dominies have spent a fair proportion of their lives at low-level, and powered by relatively noisy Vipers, restrict their potential UK civil use?
I’ve always liked the Dominie, a ‘pretty’ little jet.

Cracking moody Phantom shot there Matt!:)
After I ‘left’ Aerospace the first time round we sold the office after a flood, and the fin went too.
Interesting post Tim, were you working in the office at Hamersmith back then?
So was that fin the same one that Anon mentions above?
I can think of a good home for the Phantom cockpit section, I just need to make (lots of) room!

I wouldn’t expect that for one minute Baz!:D
The misconception is that hanger is a spelling mistake of hangar, not what the term is for what you have worked in might be.;)
I’m just enjoying the discussion really.:)
