Hi AA, click on your ‘User CP’ at top left of your page, and then you will be presented with a drop down menu at left hand side, at the very bottom of this in miscellaneous box is ‘attachments’, click on that and it will take you into your attachments box where you can select files you wish to delete.
The restricted attachments allowance on the forum is one of my biggest gripes here!

It’s ok, last week I was mourning the twice weekly D.H.84 Dragon service between Trebelzue big Field and Barnstable Aerodrome!

Why don’t they just by some Super Hornets or Rafale and be done with it.

I was expecting the withdrawal of the Plymouth operations for obvious reasons but pulling out of Newquay seems a bit odd, the service to Gatwick was still a very useful one.
I’ve even flown to Manchester and Cardiff from Newquay using ASW.
Looks like it is going to be left to Ryanair etc now.

Here’s the last BA (note crew doing Mexican wave!) and first Air Southwest Dash 8 services from Newquay to Gatwick, trying to remember date, April 04?

Thanks for addressing the questions Shaun, I asked about the B&W becasue the effect you have looks stunning, almost like using infra-red film in the wet film era, the Lightning looks like quicksilver!

How do you access visitor messages after the initial reading of it?
I want to reply to one left for me but can’t find it!

I’m using the same lens as you Martin (but on a Nikon) and I find that 1/250 – 320 gives plenty enough prop blur for most types, helicopters are a bit different and I err on the 1/200-250 bracket for those.
The great thing about digital of course is that you can try out all sorts of settings and then review the results to see which come out the best, and it dosen’t cost a penny.
Personaly I hate to see the props appear almost stopped in pictures.

Can I ask Shaun do you take b&w pictures in b&w mode on the camera, or do you filter them afterwards? I realise that they have to be excellent pictures in the first place but you get a lovely dramatic effect with them.
