Like anything it’s only worth what someone wants to pay for it and it varies a lot on ebay.
It might go for a few hundred, but I do know someone who ended up with a pair of Mk4s for £80, basically because the lister wouldn’t courier the items and he was the only person prepared to pick up!
Have a punt you might be lucky!
As for IDing seats positively that can be quite difficult, the various marks are fairly straight forward but then you have many sub variants which are tailored to specific aircraft.
Ah you’re being fussy now! Mk2s are usually cheap enough though, but when you get type specific it gets more difficult, especially if you’re talking Wyvern!

Did you see the RAF Fire/Crash vehicle collection at all?
There has been a good webpage about these recently (with pictures), but a Google search is failing to find it at the mo.
I seem to remember reading that although they were flown by RAF crew and carried British national markings that they still retained their American serials.
Edit, some good info and pictures on the missions (op Ju Jitsu) here, http://www.spyflight.co.uk/scul.htm, it looks like the Tornados’ didn’t carry their serials during the actual missions.
Have you tried sourcing all the soft parts for a bang seat, finding the bits is one thing, paying fior it can be another – you could get lucky I suppose.
The bare seats are easy and cheap to find.
Looks like a Mk.4? and very similar to my Sea Vixen Obs seat.

I don’t recognise them, but some Canberra’s (Mk 6 & 8 possibly) did have that black crackle finish. timbos’ yer an for Canberrery type things.
Edit, just had a quick look through some of my pics, the two items on the left are definitely Canberra, the jettison panel is the upper hatch over the navs.
