And dont forget the F-102 and perhaps the F-106 too.
That jet in the 2nd pic (F-86?). Surely an inflatable decoy???? Otherwise that officer definately eats his porridge on a morning. 😉
Well done that man!!!! Excellent!!!!!!!!!!
Fencer / Tomcat
Should be Fencer / F-111 surely???
Also:
Phantom / Flogger
Thunderbolt II (Warthog if you prefer) / Frogfoot
You forgot the Sean Connery / Nicholas Cage film “The Rock” which used F/A-18’s in USAF markings napalming Alcatraz.
A naval Jaguar prototype was tested and conducted trials aboard Foch, or was it Clemencaeu???
That Tomcat with the missing canopy. Imagine the pilot hitting afterburners. How fast do you reckon he could go???? 😉
The SU-24 has a samller wing than the F-111 and as Phantom says is lighter. Indeed, I’ve seen the Su-24 reffered to as a “mini F-111”. However, that description probably fits the Tornado IDs / GRXX better than the Su-24.
The problem, Comet is that certain jobs are becoming a global commodity. you do not need immigrants “stealing your job”.
Look at the development of call centres being set up in India over the past decade and a half. The reason: Lower operational costs.
The call centre operators and the banks, software companies, etc who employ them insist no British call centre jobs are at risk from the Indian call centre revolution but it still means these call centres are NOT being built in Britain.
An even better example is printing. Go to your local quick print shop and you can get a cople of thousand flyers done in next to no time. However, if you were wanting items printed in the hundreds of thousands perhaps, then a lot of this work is being outsourced to India and China. Yes China!!!
For the hi-quality work, its best left in Britain and W.Europe. However, for the mass volume lower end work, a lot of it is being farmed out to as far afield as China. Not the fault of Chinese immigrants but the nature of a global economy.

Would make make a great in flight refuelling tanker….;-)
Is it me or is it a suprise that the Javelin is bigger than an F-15 and F-22?
‘kin ace!!!!!
I think upgraded A/B’s.
Actually watching this in full is VERY interesting. Galloway makes some points which again have a strain of logic in them However, as he has done with Jeremy Paxman (Newsnight, BBC 2), Peter Allen (BBC Radio 5 Live) and Nicky Campbell (BBC Radio 5 Live), he PERSONALLY attacks his host/ interviewer.
Because of this, I feel he is mostly preaching to the converted, i.e. those who already share his views. He (and his supporters) believes the British media is biased against him and his position before he says a single word. This, as can be obvoisly seen, inevitably ends up in a shouting match, with Galloway shouting bias and the host defending him / herself.
