Mass flow refer to the quantity of air flowing inside the engine at a given time. Massflow is in [kg per second (kg/s)]

The mass flow of fuel in a turbine engine is generally considered negligible for an early approximation (M_dot_Air + M_dot_Fuel ~= M_dot_Air).
I will repeat again, your screenshot doesn`t have anything to do with high AoA roll Su-35S was doing and that is a fact. The plane can roll/yaw from 0 to 90° AoA and that`s what matters (be it post stall regime or not). Any other plane (PAK FA, MKI/MKM/MKA/SM excluded) will stall and departure from controlled flight trying to do that. Any other plane that can roll/yaw at high AoA (such as F-18 or F-35) will have few times slower rate than Su-35S which translates to highly superior nose pointing.
You also claim that Su-35S max sustained AoA is about 35° which is also false.

In this video at 7:40s Sergey Bogdan is doing maneuver similar to tail slide, but instead of sinking he hits the burners and the plane goes to horizontal flight at extreme AoA. According to him the speed can drop to less than 70 km/h and the AoA can go from 70 to 90° and it is sustained.

Here at 2:44s you can see Su-30MKI doing High AoA roll and than going to sustained horizontal flight at high AoA. The smoke gives us good reference point regarding flight path vector.

I would expect some proactive thinking from you in order to move this conversation frwd when you can see that I took time to reply and argument with enough detail.
The screenshot is not how I went around the 35° Max AoA for the Su35. This was stated in the documentation. The pic is simply illustrates this value. And btw, You DO NOT have any right to edit an image without the consent of its author.
As stated earlier, AoA refers to a wing producing LIFT. Post stall manoeuvre are per def not in the same regime. What you are referring as 90° AoA are attitudes angles. You’ll find enough in the online literature to start studying the matter.
Until recently, most airplanes with good Max AoA reached that value with much restricted Yaw angle and roll rates (lateral acceleration). Su35 and F35 have somewhat more relaxed ctrl in this range. And it’s all about ctrl. For example, the legacy F18 was tested at 50°AoA in wind tunnel but this perf never reached frontline airframe.
On the famous video RafaleVsRaptor, you can see that the Rafale have a rather sluggish roll rate around its max Alpha (front sector surfaces such as canard are not a favorable factor -especially horizontal).
Max AoA benefits:
– ease of handling during a dogfight (less restriction and exposure to stall)
– More G at a given airspeed
– Higher ceiling at a given speed

Roll sequence starts at about 3:57 and finishes at 4:03s of the video. You took the screenshot 10 seconds latter. For example, if you took the screenshot at 4:07s the AoA would be much different/higher because velocity vector is pointing downwards. You took the screenshot when the thrust from the engines arrested sinking rate and velocity vector was changed (it is horizontal now) but the AoA relative to the camera remained the same (which can not be said about AoA relative to the wind).

Your AoA line is also off because it goes trough the center of the nose cone which we know is pointing few degrees downwards in Flanker. It does not represent the real AoA. The real AoA is higher even for that screenshot.
Max AoA refer to the sustained angle btw the tractory and the wing chord line. Transient AoA in post-stall regime is something different.
