Never had the chance to meet Steve – I am deeply shocked and saddened by the terrible news.
I always liked Steve’s down-to-earth and positive attitude.
My condolences to his family and friends.
Blue skies, Steve, always.

Aaah ! How I miss the sound of Goblins and Ghosts (I mean jet-engines) – photographed the Swiss Dh-100’s, Dh-112’s and Dh-115’s regularly during the 80’s…
Great shots ! Thanks for sharing

I’m sure we’re all a bit sick of some of the garbage that’s been going on here in recent weeks…
I concur !

Never seen a REVI for sale before so didnt know that they were THAT common…???
There were at least a dozen Revi 16A’s or B’s and about ten Revi C12’s offered on ebay over the last 12 months – some boxed & in pristine condition, some with missing parts or damage.
They pop up more often than a K-14A or a GGS Mk. II

It was Sigi Knoll – not the same pilot as at La FertΓ©
Oh no !
Dusturbing news ! Very glad the pilot is allright !
Saw her at La FertΓ© Alais two months ago…..

Peter Teichman’s Mustang was a Tuskeegee veteran.
I doubt that – 44-72035 was assigned to the 364th FG 385th FS 8th AAF at Honington and was coded 5E-B
After VE-Day, this ship was returned to the US.
Cordially, Martin
