Just found that I could get a kit so that the gearshifts up and down with the push of a button on the steering wheel, one for upshift and one for downshift – The same company sells a special kit to convert to paddle shift!!! :diablo:
Its going to get a set of proper aero bodykit similar to this, but obviously a bit longer

Either way imho the size of the rudder Is it for me – im sure that ive read that the only way to have turned and missed the berg was to have reversed one engine to assist the rudder

Pretty sure there was a problem with the rudder here too
IE it was way too small for a ship of her size, this coupled with the centre prop being at full astern, massively reduced the effectiveness of the already tiny rudder.
