it’s great to see the pictures being made available like this and compare this as a story, especially given the 70 year anniversary, to the abject **** in the right hand column as you scroll down the pictures which also passes as “news”…

    Peter Andre
    Kate Hudson
    David Beckham
    Kelly Osbourne

    blah blah……..

BSG – & rob us of all that fun? The worst bit was when he had contact & you had to drop down under him, accelerate & wait for him to illuminate.

page – Hurricane, what was left of it. And only now, seeing the photo, do I recall that they were IIcs. Sgt Herbert was not a happy chappy!

As said – tyre burst on take-off.

I love your idea of fun Tim !

and staying in formation, at night, and seeing whatever the Havoc pilot illuminates….

with 20/20 hind sight, and from the comfort of my arm chair, I can’t be the first to ask that if the Havoc pilot could focus a beam of light onto a target, couldn’t he also get it into a gunsight ?

I sometimes go to a Witherspoons pub near White Hart Lane, they have silly offers on at times (2 X bacon cheese burger and a jug of stella for £7 IIRC a while back) and I’ve seen Becks there cheaper than it is across the road at the petrol station mini market !

Jon, it ain’t all gloom and doom, mate

    Baz

I know Baz, its the 6 year old and 10 year old caught up in the middle who will have the toughest time of all. Yes, they will get over it in time, probably, but it doesn’t make starting out on that path any easier.

still, I’ll add you to the list of forumites along with Daz and Blue-2 that I can decend upon with luggage and a tooth brush !:diablo::D

Blimey – and I thought collecting model aeroplanes was an expensive hobby….

Thanks Daz & Blue-2 – I’ve said before that venting a bit to the forum is quite handy at times, especially with a nice alias to hide behind ! It’ll also help you two as it means I won’t turn up on your doorsteps with a suitcase and two nippers in tow ! :diablo:

Monday is “D-day” at work, if I survive the house goes on the market and away we go. If my job changes and I can’t do the revised working hours (one week long hours, one week short) that my (current) boss agreed, then I can’t do the joint custody thing as well (school run/pick ups) and if I can’t do that, I can’t have the joint residency, which means I naturally pay child support, which means I can’t spend as much on a house blah blah….bit of a mess really when all is said and done.
