    We love you KnAAPO.:)
Guys i hope some of you saved them all, it’s very slow for me here ( must be traffic!) and i’m very late for my daily chores! Can someone put them in one file like Flateric did with the previous high-rez ones? Thank you ( i hope they won’t disappear before i get back!)

Thanks. Do you know if they plan to upload a T-50-4 gallery in the near future?

(Darn, if i could, i’ll give them a server for free so that they can upload pics of their birds in high-rez for us fanboys. And pretty sure i ain’t the only one thinking like that :))

Why do you bother Haavarla, you’re wasting your time. Ignore the trolls (or sock-puppets?).

Hoping everything goes as planned , does anyone knows about when 50-4 is scheduled to do it’s flight transfer to LII ? I presume sometime in the next year ?

Any idea as to why the high rez pics dissapeared from KnAAPO’s site? 🙁

Was also hoping that by now the otherwise excellent PR department of KnAAPO would have uploaded a T-50-4 gallery. Can it be superstition, or is it linked with the disapearance of the large pics? (i know Su-35S-4 f.e. was not featured, it’s been first photographed when in or on the way to Akhtubinsk)

    Anyway, just small things.:)

OR a bot that pretends to be chinese, spilling anti-russian (or other) stuff about and looking to seed discord between chinese and russians (and others), damaging the image of the chinese etc etc. I bet you tigershark and panyimao are not chinese.

Divide and conquer as they say. Wanna take a guess as to whom such a state of events will benefit most?

Anyway, lets not respond to obvious baiting and trolling in this thread , let’s focus on the news and discussion on what is arguably the most impressive ( and certainly the best looking) fifth gen out there.:)

Pretty sure that Skyray must have had a strong german Lippisch influence on it (like pretty much everything back in those years.):)

The first picture is unknown to me, thanks Gerard! I assume it’s an yugoslavian /serbian bis? Anyone knows when these dispensers started to be used on yugoslavian MiG-21s? Before 1991 perhaps?

PS: Yes the Lancers have IMI (MPMS-36(V)?) dispensers, while the Ugandan MiG-21bis have also israeli made dispensers. Speaking of the israelis, anyone knows on which country’s MiG-21 are these dispensers fitted? ( very similar to the ones on Lancer, but obviously that’s not romanian)

Right, the link i posted above does not work anymore. Meanwhile, couple more pics of MiG-21 in Warpac or Warpac alligned countries fitted with chaff@flares dispensers.
First check Sainz’s posts here, very interesting.

    Pictures posted by Sainz:

Secondly , this is apparently an Yugoslav mod on their MiG-21s, have no idea how this dispenser is called ( or if it was used on large scale). I don’t think it’s the ASO-2, must be indigenous.

Great picture Sainz, new to me, thank you. If by any chance you stumble upon more pics of MiG-21’s with the ASO-2I, or some drawings of it even, please do post them here, there’s a topic on the subject of countermeasures on the MiG-21 made some time ago:

    Thank you again.

I have missed these news somehow, on December 10th two AAF MiG-29s collided during a night training mission (on the algerian fora the collision is said to have happened at supersonic speed). Both pilots were killed.

Rest in peace to the fallen pilots.
