Found this pic on the serbian forum , posted on the 23rd…no idea when it was taken or where it comes from though! (tried usual suspects, RP, aviaforum, foxbat.ru etc …any ideas?)
Disgusting.
There was a piece of news recently here somewhere that if UAE will buy Rafales, their 63 ( or was it 36?!) Mirage-2000-9 could be part of a buyback and resold to Lybia.
Most likely, yes , but without the faceted IRST.:p
Part of the OEIS.( EO-DASki)
F-35B flight tests with pylons.

At least it started to look like an aircraft now lol…tho omg look at that different canting of the wing pylons and the AIM-9X pylons.
I assume the weapon bays can still be opened normally with gun pod in place, right? ( stupid question, of course it can …ummm…right ?)
I take it thats the one that caught fire the other day hence the covering.
I knew it! You’re the character which came here last year claiming both PAK-FA burned in their “hanger” and you saw it on fox news! That after a long history of trolling. 😡
Reported.
Yeah wait and see i guess. It could be some maskirovka aswell given the curent situation with Syria. But then again Mr. Fomin says something about “overseas customers”.Thanks for your insight btw.
Interesting times.:)
Hopefully they’ll paint’em soon.
LM didn’t make the F-15, son
Yes, fortunately!:)
Speaking of Iran, how do you think it’s air defence can be considered versus that of Syria ? Better ? Worse?
I doubt if Iran and Syria can be dealt with without boot on the ground. So I doubt if anything will happen before 2015. They will try to do in Syria what they did in Libya (arming rebel), but contrary to Libya, Syria is supported by the Hezbollah and Iran so…
…and the net result of this artificially and externally proped ” Free Syria Army” is more peoples dying, more destruction, more chaos…but hey , it’s for “democracy” ( read, foreign interests) so who cares about some thousands of deads. Just like Lybia.
If the syrian people was ready for a revolution, it would have long finished by now , 11 months ago. (i lived in a country that had a revolution , so i should know what a revolution is first hand)
Right now, we are assaulted with anti Assad propaganda and disinformation.
If you’re assuming i’m American and hoping that slighting American aircraft will wind me up you’re sadly mistaken. I’m from Europe. And we all know what you say isn’t true anyway, unlike what I said. Better luck next time. 😉
Yes well you definetly sound like those “redneck” types on the american forums “Russia sucks, Chicom sucks, Europe sucks, USA strong *** yeah!!!1111!!!”etc.etc.
With all due respect you also remind me of some trolling characters who had something with PAK-FA (or anything non-american in general ) and got banned.
Still , assuming none of the above is correct, care to share and prove what your aviation expertise is , to make those statements about PAK-FAs design?
Thanks.:)
I;ve been told past week that RSK recently finished deal in Syria modernizing their Mig-29 fleet with SMT package and that those new built Migs35 izd7.41/7.47 at Zhukovski were not designed for Syria, nor any foreign customers.
Um…say whaaaat?! Do tell us more please, who’s (what position he has) the person who told you all this , and who are those new MiG-35s for then? RuAF? RuNavy ( well where the hell are the hooks then)?
Thanks.:)
What if they will revive the Su-25TM /Su-39? That with a modernized avionics package would probably be a logical (and cheap ?) step, if they would still want a proper shturmovik.
Mi-35M(3?) for Azerbaidjan, aparently:
