The Dem’s already think Obama has won and are already making plans to turn us into the United Socialist States of America.
Teddy K is working on national health care and dem’s are holding meetings about taking over the 401ks.

No, George Bush has just socialized America to a far greater extent than any previous president. And your talk about 401(k)s is pure-BS.

Really, this arguement about Palins lack of experience is laughable. Especially, considering she is the VP Candidate and has more experience the the Presidential Candidate on the other ticket.

Even McCain staffers admit that she has a fundamental lack of understanding on several key issues:

But two sources, one Palin associate and one McCain adviser, defended the decision to keep her press interaction limited after she was picked, both saying flatly that she was not ready and that the missteps could have been a lot worse.

They insisted that she needed time to be briefed on national and international issues and on McCain’s record.

“Her lack of fundamental understanding of some key issues was dramatic,” said another McCain source with direct knowledge of the process to prepare Palin after she was picked. The source said it was probably the “hardest” to get her “up to speed than any candidate in history.”

Face it, this woman makes George Bush look intelligent.

Please, keep making your point. As it just sell the Republican Ticket!:D

Only in your head, mister. All the polls have Obama up by roughly 10 percent.

Alaska’s population size is irrelevant, with regards to demonstrating leadership..

Population size is not irrelevant. Leading a platoon and leading a division are NOT equivalent experiences.

The American Media would have killed a Republican Candidate with so little Experience. Yet, they give Obama a fee pass! Then to add insult to injury. They will talk on and on about how Palin isn’t qualified. When she has much more experience than Obama and she the VP Candidate! Just unbelieveable bias and they don’t even try to hide it most of the time……How could anybody truely believe the American Media is fair.

The media hardly gave Obama a free pass. Obama was quizzed and questioned at about 24 debates over the course of 18+ months. He is well known to the nation. He’s been examined and he’s passed the exam (according to most rational people, like the former Republican Gov. of MA, Mr. Weld).

This stands in stark contrast to inexperienced Bush who insisted on having the debate questions in advance of the debate in 2000; and it stands in contrast to Palin who’s largely been in hiding from the media because she apparently knows how foolish she sounds.

The “experience” Obama has is laughable. “Community organizer” (and a failed one at that) hardly equates to being governor of a state larger than many countries.

He’s done more than be a community organizer. If you really believed his accomplishments were so small you would be willing to discuss his largest role (US Senator). But you want to avoid that and artificially limit the discussion to his time as a community organizer. In other words, you can’t deal with the real record, so you want to make up your own.

Also, Alaska has 700,000 people. There are many mayors who govern more people than Palin. And Palin’s job is even easier to to Alaska being a petro-state with easy access to cash. The rest of America doesn’t have this luxury – which is more reason to believe she is utterly unprepared to be president (and that is the role of the VP, to assume office if needed).

He has “NO” executive experience and of that 11 years. I believe 8 years was in the Illinois State Legislature……..and of the last three years in the US Senate. He has spent most of that time running for President. As for being ignorant. The fact is the vast majority of the Black Vote is for Obama. If, 90%+ of the American White Vote went to McCain the out cry could be heard clear to the next Galaxy!!!! Regardless, it is hardly racist or ignorant to ask the question???

It is ignorant to allege they are being racist when there is a clearly established voting pattern. Blacks have voted 90%+ in the past few presidential elections.

Likewise, in areas where whites have voted 80-90% for Republican presidential candidates (like Miss.), no one can say that they aren’t voting for Obama because of color.

Note: A State Congressman serving eight years in the House of Representative would be far from experienced to run the Country the size of the US. Let alone a little State Legislature………….Which, is hardly a high office!

What Major Legislation or Bill has Obama sponsored or even passed??? When did he ever fight his own party over corruption or wasteful spending??? What Company, Institution, or Organization has he run???

    As for legislative activity:

In the U.S. Senate, he has focused on tackling the challenges of a globalized, 21st century world with fresh thinking and a politics that no longer settles for the lowest common denominator. His first law was passed with Republican Tom Coburn, a measure to rebuild trust in government by allowing every American to go online and see how and where every dime of their tax dollars is spent. He has also been the lead voice in championing ethics reform that would root out Jack Abramoff-style corruption in Congress.

As a member of the Veterans’ Affairs Committee, Senator Obama has fought to help Illinois veterans get the disability pay they were promised, while working to prepare the VA for the return of the thousands of veterans who will need care after Iraq and Afghanistan. Recognizing the terrorist threat posed by weapons of mass destruction, he traveled to Russia with Republican Dick Lugar to begin a new generation of non-proliferation efforts designed to find and secure deadly weapons around the world. And knowing the threat we face to our economy and our security from America’s addiction to oil, he’s working to bring auto companies, unions, farmers, businesses and politicians of both parties together to promote the greater use of alternative fuels and higher fuel standards in our cars.

As for running a business, Bush (the “MBA president” lol):

(Bush) returned to the oil industry, and began a series of small, independent oil exploration companies.[33] He created Arbusto Energy,[34] and later changed the name to Bush Exploration. In 1984, his company merged with the larger Spectrum 7, and Bush became chairman.[33] The company was hurt by a decline in oil prices, and as a result, it folded into Harken Energy. …he purchased a share in the Texas Rangers baseball franchise in April 1989, where he served as managing general partner for five years.[39] He actively led the team’s projects and regularly attended its games, often choosing to sit in the open stands with fans.[40] The sale of Bush’s shares in the Rangers in 1998 brought him over US$15 million from his initial US$800,000 investment.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_W._Bush#Early_career
So, he bankrupted one company and got an obvious “sweetheart deal” on his share in the baseball team. That’s not much of a record.

I agree on the race part. That said, how does one race vote 95% for one candidate that has no experience??? Sorry, that seem a little races to me???

Obama has 11 years in public office; Bush had 5.

    11>5

Saying Obama has no experience is a lie.

BTW, 90%+ of blacks have voted democratic in the past few presidential elections; hence, suggesting they’re being racist is ignorant.

Polls have rarely been accurate or even close……..I would do a little research before you take to much stock in the current numbers. As a matter of fact the liberal press will show Obama way ahead………Yet, far more Americans watch Fox News than ABC, CBS, MSNBC, or even CNN. (sometime combined!) Of course FOX NEWS has a much different spin than say MSNBC. Which, shows the underlining current in American Politics.

    Combined? No. Not even close.

Hardly, immaterial as McCain and Bush think nothing a like. As a matter of fact Bush Jr. it nothing like it Father (HW Bush) or Brother (ex-Governer of Florida) Jeb. That would be like saying just because a father and son look a like. They think a like…………Just the same old Democratic Spin. Also, if the people really believe McCain is just another 3rd term of Bush and people hate Bush so much. Why is the election almost a dead heat! As logic would say that Obama should be just killing any Republican including McCain. With all do respect the American Public will decide…….at the moment half are speaking McCain.:D

    Not exactly half.

With less than two weeks left in the presidential contest, Barack Obama continues to hold a commanding double-digit lead over John McCain according to the latest NEWSWEEK Poll. Among registered voters nationwide, Obama now leads McCain by 13 points, 53 percent to 40 percent. Among likely voters, Obama’s lead is similarly strong, 53 percent to 41 percent.

Obama’s lead in the NEWSWEEK Poll is consistent with other recent national polls, including soundings taken by CBS News and The New York Times, The Washington Post and ABC News, NBC News and The Wall Street Journal and by Pew Research, all of which measured Obama’s lead over McCain as somewhere between 10 and 14 points. In the NEWSWEEK Poll, Obama’s lead stayed virtually unchanged from two weeks ago, when he led McCain 52 to 41 among registered voters.

Bush and McCain are nothing a like…………..with all do respect. Just go back to the 2000 Primary Debates. They hardly can stand each other………just the Democratic Spin. Hoping to tie McCain with Bush. Nobody really believes it.;)

Whether or not they can stand each other is immaterial. The point is they have the same policies on Iraq, other areas of foreign policy, and the economy.

The people are speaking; they don’t want Bush-McCain.
