And they come in many colours, another Titan Airways 146, hope you don’t mind Anna ? Keith.

T-6. Welcome, A few views of LFXVIe TD248 at Flixton museum recently. Keith.

Gentlemen would you not think the square plate is in fact a legend plate, normal practise with the type of switch I show above would be to sandwich a legend plate petween the panel and the gnurled (or hex) locking nut.
These legend plates can be purchased with stock engraving or blank for self engraving ! As an example the legend plate for those switches above would measure 25mm x 33mm, panel cut out hole 12.7 mm.
Keith.
Lancman. Would love to be of help with this ! I think what you are looking for is called a toggle switch, to narrow down the actual one will take a little more research, they are available in various forms, SPDT, DPDT, with or without centre off, but thats for later ??? Below is a photo of two courtesy of RS Components !
Hope this helps ?
Keith.

I visited the LMA show at Rougham a few days ago, very impressed with some of these models ! Posted a few photos in Airshow Photos section of Photographic above.
Keith.
Hi Matt, Just checked on the local spotters website, and yes they say it was fresh from Toulouse, on delivery !
Keith.
Same place, Same aircraft, Different view, Hope this will help ? Keith.

WT, getting hot and steamy ? Keith.

I recently posted some model photos from the LMA show at Rougham, I posted a thread in ‘airshow photos’ within the photography section, maybe I should have put them here, but didn’t know this section existed ????
Please have a look, if there was something at Rougham that you would like to see ? please ask as I arrived home with a staggering 920 photos ?????
Keith.
pagen01.I am so glad you mention the DC-4 / C-54’s, Of all of the diverse aircraft at North Weald, these two are my favourites ! if those 6 numbers came up for me I would own them !!! As for the Basset, I know nothing ? One thing I look for with seemingly ‘abandoned’ aircraft is state of the inflation of the tyres ! each of these seems to have some pressure, so I assume they are getting some ‘TLC’ from someone who loves them ????
I hope you like these photos as much as I do ….. Keith.

Mark A. These are the best I have from Sunday ! Please feel free to use, should any be of interest ?
Keith.
Taxying out.

Take off.

Going for the line !

ericmunk.Welcome, I have looked into ‘Aviation Safety Network’ records and they list 57 occurrances (accidents) for the Vickers Viking, but none in the Netherlands, these are from 1946 to 1965 ?
Maybe we should think Varsity / Valetta as well ??
Others will soon tell me I am wrong ! but we will see ???
Keith.
Mods.Thank you for moving this thread to it’s proper home, I just did not think ! DOHH !!
YakRider. Thank you for even more, enlightening, information and those are what I call ‘action shots’.
