I am suprised that people are using his words like “Templar” etc to try and justify what this “man” has done. He set up his own views and beliefs in his twisted mind and none of them can justify what he has done to the wider world.

Sadly he is a very twisted man that fell through lifes system and isolated himself from normal life and set up his own idealogy. I would argue he is extremley mentally unstable as nobody sane would of carried out such an evil act.
He does not deserve sympathy or any form of respect and for the very reason that he is mentally unstable, he should never walk freely again. I fear others will idolise him maybe even attempt to copy him and a lone madman/woman is far more dangerous that an organised group in my view.

The only justice for the people in this is for him to go to prison for life and never see daylight again.

The 90minute time taken for the Police to get there may well be because of the terror attack on Oslo taking up Police resourses.
Also on the news many reporters have said it took an hour for them to get to the scene to report on it.
Its a very remote area and a small island.

He has said he will account for his actions and explain his reasons tomorrow. It will be instructive to see what more he has to say. But what has been revealed to date is hardly the work of a madman. Rather someone deeply motivated and totally committed to his cause.

I would argue no sane person would even want to kill so many young and innocent people, He however was from what we can tell extremley calculated and organised in pulling of this evil evil act.

Its still hard to believe this has happened and harder still that one “Person” could be behind it. Dark days for Norway and for the rest of the world too really. I just hope Oslo bounces back from this to show that evil extremism and evil of all sorts has no place in this world and will not be tolerated by normal human beings.

I honestly think in the world of plastic pop she was a breath of fresh air, Sadly she was extremely troubled this was clear in her songs and in how she led her life.
She could never be seen as a role model, but nor could people like Jim Morrison, Janis Joplin etc who also left the world too early but left a mark as they went.

Maybe in time the music she created will be listened to without thinking of the drugs and drama that came with the package she was. I would say please do not compare Amy’s death with that of the awful atrocities that have occured in Norway they are totally different things.

This news gets more and more awful as it unfolds, If this is the “work” of one man its somehow makes it even more terrible.
I have been to many cities in Europe and always found Oslo to be a calm friendly city where terrorism and shootings would be the last thing you would expect.

It appears the family friends I have there are OK, My thoughts are with those who are effected. I hope the police and security forces get the answers needed to explain this and I hope Oslo and it people bounce back and be strong.

    Never let terror win

A whitewash really bugs me, especially as it may prove not in many peoples interest for some information to come out.

This is a sad turn of events though.
