Who would of thought that several airliners would be simultaneously hijacked and used as weapons of terror.. and now i believe virtually every western airforce is now on standby to shoot down any possible terrorist threat before it reaches its target, using fighter aircraft.

As we are talking gliders here.. i seem to recall an old side by side two seat glider that was operated by the gliding club at Dx in the seventies that was blue with red wingtips, and was nicknamed ‘bluebell’. Can anyone tell me what type she is/was and whether she is still active at Gransden.?

Thanks for the photos.. and i for one am pleasantly surprised by the layout and exhibits. Also good to see helicopters with there rotors spread, rather than just tucked back.
