Mmm… I don’t think so, look at this report about to the “L-BAND” by Carlo Kopp

I think that I believe paper from NIIP staff more than Mr.Copp wishful thinking (with all my respect). Moreover, I know what Article 4283E is:)

    Time will tell.

I presume you mean engine nacelles? Because they are darn hot. It was one of the biggest problems on ATF prototypes with T of composite nacelles. On LO-threatened PAK FA I suppose Sukhoi will go with covering metallic nacelles with temperature-resisting RAM. A palliative decision like many other things with her.

and why f-22 canopy seems to have yellow color ??

    http://dobrochan.ru/src/jpg/1008/Homer-facepalm.jpg

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lockheed_Martin_F-22_Raptor

An iridium-tin oxide coating gives the canopy a gold color and reflects radar waves

once more, if you can’t read what I wrote before – solicitation documents for Ashug R&D have size limits shown for T-50 frameless canopy glass
by any means, mentioned sizes only fit canopy overhead section, not it+windshield combo if compared to aircraft dimensions

Do you know if Ildar Bedretdinov is going to complete the story???

    When is Part 2 & 3 coming out ???

    Ken

Vol. 2 in Russian is in print for a while (since MAKS 2009)
translation to English still in progress AFAIK as it’s much thicker than Vol.1

there will be no Vol.3 as story ends at Vol.2:)

Ildar is working on other book from this series now
