Is that the tail end of a Tu-134A? in which case that is probably not just an anti-spin parachute, maybe it’s the actual braking parachute which the Tu-134 was supposed to have entered service with. But I don’t think any in-service Tu-134 ever had a parachute though.

this is Tu-134 CCCP-65600. anti-spin chute was installed on her in 1966 during high AoA and stall tests (photo via SVV)
anti-spin chute was also installed on Tu-154 CCCP-85002

Vids from the earlier test flight show us that the landing shutes are position above the tail. If the MAKS T-50 display show us that the landing shutes are still position on the same place.. you are right nd i’m wrong..np.

it can be Saturday and Sunday as well – flights at LII never stops
as you understand, I’m not Cthulhu with wrenches and screwdrivers who rule crowd in Sukhoi hangar and who decides if time to fly come or not

Of course it is a modification, one can`t argue about that and from the fuselage structure point of view, a modest one.

I see you a great fuselage structure spook – defining changes by photos.
