But I found it and thought I’d post the coordinates for anyone that wants to see it:
55.570833N, 38.146389E
The Su-47 is now seen in the latest imagery, dated 9/24/10.
it’s rare find indeed, but 55.570833N, 38.146389E takes me right at 2nd Kirova street at Zhukovsky (it’s even outside LII territory)
Checked down to south from old truly 1.44 – no sign of Berkut.
Can you make a screenshot of Su-47 and surrounding area?
It isn’t.
Tell that to Sukhoi and KnAAPO staff. You can start right at next Farnborough.
Once someone tried to tell grOOmi that T-10K (Su-33) was just mod to T-10S.
His reaction was fierce.
Su-35S is far more different departure from T-10S than Su-33.
Maybe it has great aerodynamics but what about electronics, weapons and engines? And there are many unreturned questions about the situation at T-50-2?
you expect Sukhoi employees to discuss specific problems regarding delays with T-50-2? me not
Wonder any update (or reliable info) about how many prototypes will be joined to the flight test program?
four more (if we tend to believe Pogosyan)
but T-50-3 will not fly this year
Then if the T-50 flight test program is going very well then is it enough one prototype for getting all the flight parameters at such a program? Then the last question is the program going according the schedule?
of course not / obviously not
Needless to say that Su-35S was only a mod to Su-27/Su-27M
needless to say that this is very common delusion
Maybe just pass through not a real demonstration. It is too early to do high maneuver.
Seems that you not tracking news about test flight program at LII and still think that T-50 fly forth and back straight&level over airfield.
just to note, moving DSI inlet lips back and forth (as I saw on some fan-art suggestions here) will not do job of making ‘ajustable DSI’
and by which complicated way did you came from the statement that two Su-35s will be shown at MAKS – one at static exposition, and one for the flight program – to conclusion that T-50 will not be shown this year?
One question: was it confirmed that T-50 will be shown at MAKS? Or it was just talk?
why official MAKS web-site says of T-50 to be part of flight program?
wonder why all media is filled with banners and ads talking of ‘MAKS – always a premier” and T-50 silhouette shown for 2011?

It is, that they now stated that two Su-35 will be exhibited at the show.
who are ‘they’?
For the sake of progress.
Could be the T-50-1 is flying with some restriction
I’d say, ‘restriction’ is not the term one can apply to last batch of T-50-1 flights. Flight time and complication of flight program was just growing up and up, with tailslides, etc.
If they have descovered some bugs/snags on the stuctural level,
… then T-50-1 wasn’t flying the same time as T-50-2 is serving as hangar queen
Was that a financial report? If so, was it revealed how much money has been ‘injected’ into it?
surely. ‘right here, right now’
it’s not your US DoD budget releases. slightly other country we live in.
I clearly remember that a few months after the first flight of the T-50-1 a senior manager of the NPO Saturn has called that they shipped the second batch of “117” engines for the second prototype!
nice point. still a mystery what Chepkin was talking about when he mentioned Type 30 as ‘tested on T-50’
meantime, Article 129 leaked again in Saturn yearly report
many big shrimps – not forum ones – were talking of early or mid June as flight date. obviously some bugs, obviously specific to this PAV (glitches with mysterious ‘Type 30’ that probably installed on her? one can guess)
those who saw unexpectedly long half-of-an-hour pushing envelope on T-50-1 at the end of June in skies over LII, will not agree to anyone who blackmailed about ‘critical structural problems’
So where is it? :confused::)
