I would think that early ATF designs by Lockheed would qualify.

This is not a ‘design’ (it would never fly), but a concept art performed by world famous industrial designer Syd Mead (who made machines design for Blade Runner, Aliens and bunch of other cool movies) on contract with Lockheed, intended to kinda represent ATF design for PR purposes and ads plus to disinform Soviet spies and aircraft designers – not sure if it really could do the last thing

Mind you, it must be quite hard to make because the Americans use a two-piece canopy on their F-35’s…

F-35s have relatively thin single-piece canopy with composite support arch underneath the transparency for support. Thin to make it lighter and breach cord’s operation easier – canopy is not ejected, it’s for more probability of survival if you trying to left B or C that went out of carrier desk to swim. Arch for support and birdstrikes.

It IS GaoShan’s Art, but he is NOT the one creating fake news using CG art, He is just a great artist.

Absolutely true, astonishing work – plane is alive on his drawings – well, just such details as aerodynamic controls position need to be consulted may be:) Sad that someone tries to use other’s talent to get people confused.

its wing/canard looks like VIGGEN, its intake is Mig-25/F-15. And its vertical tails looks like F-18’s. with a big J-8 like nose.

    this one?

Really, I don’t think so.. Then Flanker can also be F-15. F-15 can also be Mig-25.

    …and MiG-25 can be North American’s 1955s Model NA-237(WS-300A) or the same breed 1953s NAGPAW – a future A-5…

Song Wencong is 80 (let his years last forewer)
Xue Chishou? Su Longqing? I think they should be involving the best for 4Gen fighter?

i.e., can you kindly explain a story of Black Ribbon nickname given to J-20 by crowd so far? As I understand, it’s close in pronunciation of “Four” and “Generation” (or am I completely mistaken)?
And where Black Eagle and Powerful Dragon (Wei Long) came from then?

    Thank you

Why would a mechanical and flight systems demonstrator, with absolutely no requirement for low observables, have zigzags?

because some judge of technology level by number of serrated panels on prototype aircrafts.
