Looks like the Steregushy class corvette being built in the far east is going to be completed after all.
Amur shipbuilders hope to get new orders after finishing its 1st project 20380 corvette

The Amur Shipbuilding Plant is building the head corvette for the Russian Navy and has an option to build ten more, Khabarovsk Region Governor Vyacheslav Shport told Interfax-AVN.
“The head corvette is 45% complete,” he said.
The construction is expected to last three years. The initial design can be adjusted, he said.
“When the first corvette has been built we will decide on building more after we negotiate how many are needed,” Shport said.
“The state order for the Amur shipbuilding plant was increased to encourage a fast commissioning of the head corvette for the Defense Ministry,” he said.
“A serious increase in the state order will help avoid mass dismissals. Moreover, we need to create new jobs now,” Shport said.
A plan was announced last year to cut up to 4,000 jobs at the plant.
