It’s a new type of APU they are installing on the Su-34.

    Hmmmm, maybe, maybe not.

Watching the video again: as soon as it is visible, the wheel seems in the vertical position.

We need a fresh video to confirm either theory.

    Anyways, bolshoi spasibafor your diagrams.

I believe the wheel is not stowed horizontally. It will retract and stow vertically. Look at the video at 3:15

20 MiG-29s will be delivered to Myanmar in the near future. The RuAF is finishing acquisition of the SMTs that were originaly meant for Algeria. Further orders from various countries are likely during this decade.

Even if the MiG-35 fails to win the Indian MRCA deal, there will still be a good number (200+) aircraft still flying in 2030.

    ……

I don’t want to keep up with this, all i was asking was if anyone knew of plans for something other than the T50 in the Russian fighter category.

The ones who know about the future Russian Programs will not tell you. In case they do, they will also have to kill you.

P.S. Your hate affair with vertical fins makes the ones on the Raptor look ridiculously huge:D

    Aha,

The Main landing gear is stowed vertically. Not in the wing root as someone here was claiming…

Actually it is an aircraft with a new Auxiliary Power Unit which will enable the aircraft to be autonomous (as it will no need for ground support to start the aircraft).

I don’t know if it is a fresh Su-34 from factory or an existing unit retrofitted with the APU. No photos that I have seen yet.

Looks like the Steregushy class corvette being built in the far east is going to be completed after all.

Amur shipbuilders hope to get new orders after finishing its 1st project 20380 corvette

    DATELINE: MOSCOW May 7

The Amur Shipbuilding Plant is building the head corvette for the Russian Navy and has an option to build ten more, Khabarovsk Region Governor Vyacheslav Shport told Interfax-AVN.

β€œThe head corvette is 45% complete,” he said.

The construction is expected to last three years. The initial design can be adjusted, he said.

β€œWhen the first corvette has been built we will decide on building more after we negotiate how many are needed,” Shport said.

β€œThe state order for the Amur shipbuilding plant was increased to encourage a fast commissioning of the head corvette for the Defense Ministry,” he said.

β€œA serious increase in the state order will help avoid mass dismissals. Moreover, we need to create new jobs now,” Shport said.

A plan was announced last year to cut up to 4,000 jobs at the plant.

is 48H6DM is a new missile or it’s the 48N6DM ? Because 48N6DM has been in duty for a while and has range of 250km.
I hope this is the new 400km missile 😎

    48N6DM it is.

In the Russian alphabet “H” is “N”.

    I apologize for the confusion.
