    I was told last week when i was at ncl that BA do there best to replace the tech aircraft and still do the flight.

    Ryanair think they can rule the roost saying yeah were the cheapest airline around and forget to mention the taxes. Ive flown with them 4 times in the last year *not my choice* and my experence they offer a shoddy service there staff are some of the rudest ive ever met.

    Syria controls Lebanon. It is time to make Syria pay for the kidnapping of soldiers. Sending three flights of Israeli fighter bombers up north, to end up taking out a few worthless targets, is a complete waste of time. With this type of response, it will not pressure or move Assad in the least bit. Assad only understands force.

    Israel needs to destroy major Syrian POL storage facilities, and attack the ports of Sidon and Tyre. It is time to respond, to the people who control Lebanon. Hezbollah does not control Lebanon. Syria controls everything in Lebanon.

    The israelis have mounted up and have made an incurstion into lebanon.

    So for example ncl operates routes to LHR AND gatwick and say if a heathrow aircraft went tech they would send up a replacement from heathrow. Not a gatwick base aircraft?

    No point getting a 757 or 767 to operate the flight instead when British Airways doesn’t have any of these two aircraft based at Gatwick.

    It was indeed a B777, and it was operating a LGW-MAN-LGW service.

    I have no idea why. 🙂
