Did anybody see the RAF VC-10 arrive today into MAN mid afternoon, I was in Cheadle at the time so only got to see the underside. Does anybody know if they still carry passengers or was it a refueler? Also noted that the Kalita 747 is back again, any ideas why and what it’s carrying?

Lastly, an A330 arrived just after the VC-10 which was red and white, but again I could only see the underside and couldn’t see who it was, anybody know?

The RAF use the VC-10 in a passenger role, aswell as cargo and Refueling!

Long live the VC-10! She is in theory the fastest commercial Jet in service any where in the world! Wonder if they could outlive the RAFs tristars?? Seen as the tristars seem to have major issue with Relibilty!

Would you really want to risk it after the “Celebs” and i use that word very lightly as they are just a bunch of no bodys! Failed nearly all there exams during training and so far have shown a complete disregard for the seriousness of what there going to under take!

Yet again i cant beleave that one of the UKs longest running airlines Monarch has gotten involved with something so tacky! Its beyond Belief!! I hope to god they have some cabin crew in with the pax to come to the rescue when the “celebs” who lets admit are only there to pick up a paycheck and get them selves mentioned in heat mess it all up!

Ah the mighty 757! Such a work horse! Give me a 757 over an Airbus any day!

Wonder how Monarchs 757s have stood the test of time! A few of theres were some of the first off the production line.

The first Thai is a Thai Airforce 734 by the looks of it! Last year a member of the Thai Royal Family Flew it over here for his Air force training i heard some where.
