Ah such a shame to a still useful classic been condemed!
Which brings me to ask how many DC-8s are there left flying in the world?
haha i posted them over there! Was about to post them here!
Awesome set of clips nearly all of the footage ive never seen before!
Merry Christmas one and all! I was working this morning what posess’s people to go on holiday on christmas day is beyond me!!!
Great looking Bird! Wonder if Eddie will get a chance at the controls! :dev2:
Astraeus have her till End of January when she is then off to India for the first date of the tour! She wont be back in the Uk till July!
haha sorry mate ive just got a real thing for the classics!
Tommy just wait and see. A320/321 is what you can expect but does it matter about the reg. For all you know it could be a 30 year old DC10:)
Give me a DC-10 any day over an Airbus!!!
Ah mate gutted for you! At least on coaching your away from the some times Horrible Pax!
As i said above Si i think with there been no BAA fire cover at an airport it means that aircraft cant land or take off. Could be a possible Diversion.
Tommy why dont you just see what you get when you get there and to be honest whats the Big deal its just an aircraft!!! As said before airlines rotate aircraft around there bases all the time as and when they are needed. For example we have had 3 different TOM 757s alone this week at NCL!
Great shots from the local there mate!
You back down on coaching now?
I dont see how BAA is going to Reduce disruption seen as aircraft cant operate in or out of any airport with out Fire Cover.
Suprised they didn’t the A300 on the cargo ramp! You would have got a great shot of her over there!
An RAF E-3 was Circuit bashing this morning making a loverly sound!
The FCA 757 is out at 7.15am to Lapland! Great flights to check in they are!
FCA are also running some ski flights out of NCL aswell.
Nice to see something different in at NCL!
What was the A300 in for?
You didn’t happen to catch a TOM 738 thats been about this week did you?
Also a First choice 757 will be in tomorrow for one of the Lapland flights.
Ah, but you’d be opening a can of worms there.
Would it carry BEA or BOAC livery? :diablo:
How about both?
As demonstrated in the below link with KLM and Northwest celebrateing there code share agreement in 1998 with a DC-10 painted in both Liverys.
