Fantastic shots of the 707. It has to be my favourete airliner of all time.
Just to let you all know the 707 is due to fly back to LAX at 1300 Saturday
Beer and plane spotting i like it!!
Great shots mate.
Is the white jet2 737 Now owned by Jet2 or is she still on lease. Last i remeber of her was T-CELO operating out of NCL last summer.
Sweet jesus gotta love JTs 707. I think he is over promoting his new film.
Gotta love them electras still going strong!!
NCL could do some more domestic such as Newquay or Plymouth but not sure if the demand is there.
Maybe even a Norwich route but again is there any demand and EZY operate a STN.
A low cost to Cardiff and Birmingham would work well at Newcastle as these routes are served by Eastern and arnt cheap fares for Leisure passengers,
With alot of the ones travelling to Wales using EZY Bristol service.
I agree with that 100% i fly to see my girlfriend in Swansea often now and belive me paying for a train from bristol to newport then newport to swansea is getting expensive. A Low cost carrier flying to Cardiff would cut 2 hours of my total Journey time.
Fantastic shots mate. Great MD-11.
Flyjet no longer exist !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Regarding FCA, if the takeover does happen im presumming the 787 order will stay, 757’s will stay as well 763’s, A320 and A321’s will most likely go and Thomsonfly will ditch their 733’s and 762’s and together more 738’s will arrive.
Sorry Tommy you are wrong there. Flyjet do exist they are now the UK’s only independant charter airline. Flyjet will be around for some time yet they have plenty of work to keep them going.
For example they have a 4 year contract with Excel out of NCL with one 757.
At the moment there other 757 is based in Copenhagen and the UAE doing long haul to Thailand. Coming back to MAN for the summer.
And they are also after cabincrew for the summer, for NCL and MAN i applied but didn’t make it to the One on one interviews.
I quite like it its simple. Plus its gotta be expensive painting up and aircraft in a fancy liverly. Not to mention it adds to the planes weight.
Quick work by Andy Hutchings again.
It would appear its the same 146 that was used for the MAN -LGW run last year.
I think he means we should just go in and bomb them with out thinking about the repecussions across the entire area.
Ok im gonna ignore that and assume you have some sort of Grasp of the situation!. You can just send in the SAS every time something goes wrong. Best thing to do is let the diplomates work on it.
I very much doubt there will be any Military action as its not what we want.
Great to see The LS expansion at NCL.
I belive one of the 757s in G LSAA any idea what the other one is?
Great pics there mate i hear that the AN-22 may be paying prestwick a few more visits over the next few weeks.
I take it those are ex Northwest planes…That was a big clue! and why would ATA take on thirty year old DC10’s when they have a very young modern fleet of aircraftDo they have any US trooping contracts?
Well its simple the dougy 10 is cheap there in good condition and ready to use now.
ATA has troop contracts with the US they use there tristars for them.
Just beacause an aircraft is old doesn’t mean it cant perform.
