Excellent, Si. 🙂
There’s always something a little sad about an airliner “boneyard”, isn’t there?
I think you meant to post this in the Modern Military Aviation forum.
No problemo……

I have just deleted a posting that contained photographs of the crew of the crashed airliner.
While I’m certain it was posted with the best of intentions, I consider that to leave it in place would create a precedent that might trouble us at some future date.
Any comments, complaints, etc by PM please.
Thanks

Only an American would want to….. :diablo:
(That’s a joke, before someone with a humour by-pass complains…….)

It’s worse than that.
They’re all over you…. and inside you. :diablo:

Indeed so.
Can I remind you all – once again – that this is not an adults-only site?
I do wish a few of you could get your heads around this simple fact.
We get complaints about postings that are “unsuitable for family viewing”, so to speak, and these complaints are sometimes acted upon.
Thus it was in this instance.
Thanks

Mog Message.
I acted on a complaint from a member. The original poster had partially asterisked out the words but the meaning was clear. I PM’d KabirT to explain and he’s relaxed about it.
From observation I am not sure ‘female’ members here need much protection of their sensibilities, but we should be seen to be mindful of the youngsters

However I would also like to point out that it’s more or less impossible to appreciate the misery that being unable to have children causes unless you’ve experienced it personally.
A very close and dear friend went through exactly that, and it was heart-rending to witness.
If an orphaned child can become part of a loving family by money changing hands, then I won’t condemn that.
If a child is bought and sold they are reduced to the status of a consumer durable, and I certainly will condemn that.
We will have to agree to differ.
I do not believe that all adopted orphans are BOUGHT or are in the least way slaves.
No-one who has posted in this thread has said that, Ryan. That is a strawman.

Paying for children from another country does seem very much like selling human beings, but please don’t condemn absolutely those who choose to do so.
It seems very much like selling human beings because that’s exactly what it is.
Children are not a commodity to be traded and there is no excuse for treating them as if they were. None whatsoever.
As I’m sure you would agree, parenthood is a privilege not a consumer choice.

Ryan, calm down please.
You’re making less and less sense the more irate you get, and it doesn’t help you to get your point across. Quite the opposite, in fact.
Thanks,
GA
