I admire your faith in the party which has systematically eroded our constitution, demeaned the position of our parliament to an irrelevant sideshow, opened our borders to an unstoppable flood of immigrants, thousands of whom are illegal, brought our education system to its knees, created the largest explosion of publicly funded non-jobs ever, and fiscally bankrupted the nation.
But that record apart I suppose they are worth a punt to keep the so-called “fat-cats” at bay.

Indeed and thanks to the Telegraph’s stated policy for ex-servicemen obituaries we learn more of these fine men and women who so courageously served their country.
Totally agree with the above comment. The £ millions spent on XH558 would have provided sercure preservation for so many more UK projects. Not only at the major locations such as Bruntingthorpe, Cosford, ect but the monies could have ‘trickled down’ to the smaller, grass routes, groups.
Only in theory. Those who donated to see the Vulcan fly again might not have have chosen to donate to other unrelated projects. There is no proof whatsover that other projects could have benefitted had the Vulcan project not existed.
Good old, Al – I admire your blind faith in the impossible dream.;)

…and apparently as a Christian if someone did that to my kids i should forgive and forget… but you just try it sunshine.
There are many things in life that can be forgiven, but in my eyes that is not one of them.!
Well, “sunshine”, it is not a problem for me since I do not espouse Christian values as set out in the scriptures. But I can well understand how Christians will feel compromised on occasion and let it be said, even doubt their faith. That is the problem for them, of course. “God moves in mysterious ways, his wonders to perform.”

As a Christian, and probably as a human being, you should feel sorrow for someone so ignorant and stupid – and ignore them. In fact, as a Christian, you should forgive them for their stupidity.

Your reaction perhaps exemplifies the point being made. Why should it cause you anguish to be criticised for your beliefs? If you truly believe, and I respect that you do, then does the criticism matter?
