yes with RAM and ferrumpaint, so what???
ANYway, over G, even the AIAA is siding with me on this one. What say you now?
?????????, please be more specific, what are you talking about???
again sferin,
but in general terms isnt about if the chined nose increase directional stability, is about if conical nose increase directional unstability
and again
man i explain you with chined nose you avoid lateral component of the sw, is the same problem with the 2 seat BB, you create other lateral forces, you must understand that a side force in the nose has big momentum, because the nose in looooong
also we arent talking about the speed problems, only the directional problems, now these last also induce more drag bu that is other topic
man i explain you with chined nose you avoid lateral component of the sw, is the same problem with the 2 seat BB, you create other lateral forces, you must understand that a side force in the nose has big momentum, because the nose in looooong, all that also have to do with the sw interaction arrond the airframe and the inertial effect of the side chined sw over the fuselage -the sw “holding” the nose-, by the increase of lateral presure -before missinterpretations, these last are lateral sw on the fuselage, but not side oriented sw-
but in general terms isnt about if the chined nose increase directional stability, is about if conical nose increase directional unstability
yes but again is the “we waste tons of dollars in a good proyect”, it was good, but is also overhipped, again that also depends of the contratists behind an the money involved, yes it was a mistake from me to put the sr71 in the discussion, i didnt read all the document ,for me is irrelevant, now that i read it say nothing abot the sr71, but who cares????
about the designers, i just explained that there are tooo much contradictions
Does it occur to you that if the document was written in at the very earliest 1974, it was written after the OXCART program was already closed down (1968), and the SR-71 program was being funded not by the CIA but by the USAF? What political gain is the CIA going to achieve by having a history of the U-2 and A-12 around?
you know, “we made a good investment”, and also to keep flying the machines, the corporations and contratists have contacts with the USAF and CIA, congress, goverment and NASA, everybody knows that, always are the economic and politic interests
act pal you are crying like a disgusting little girl…..
hell, my english i veeery bad 😀
public or not are from politic nature, not technic, you know, “hey mr. president or congress please bring me more money to my proyect”, im not an intelligenge expert , but the CIA is also a politic institution, i think that you have seen too much james bond movies
man, the CIA public or semi-public documents are done to fall into congress and goverment, are just politics, nothing more
man i have explain you my arguments, now you can think whatever, again i respect you position, lets end this
So because it was an internal CIA document, it is automatically 100% false. Care to share the logic behind that?
a public document about that topic , is obvious that isnt 100% false, but these documents falls in the congress, so they are somewhat biased, and not reliable, and just not technical, you must understand what is the difference between a tech doc and a politic doc, this last are just the same as the fans-books
Does that mean that the history they are describing are automatically 100% false?
HELLLLL YESSSSS!!!!!!
those arent technical documents are politic documents
jejejeje, man i heve read technical official documents from NASA and USAF -not about the topic- and arent presented in that format, with the “mr. bissel however was very upsed to learn that…….”, i dont know if these are maybe congress documents, just selling the idea….
Why you don’t believe the guys who built the damn thing is still beyond me…
because there are things that dont match, you are saying that they were worried by the chined nose, but actually they were much more worried by the conical nose, because they are saying that the plane with cilindrical shape and cones are bad for stealth, but then what is the sr71???, because they are saying one reduction of 90% rcs only by the nose, thats incredible, because you see only details in the plane , but not the whole design , etc……, and because i have at least some mother nature laws knowledge, the things just dont match
I wonder why the TA-12 two-seater didn’t use ventral fins? It had the same stepped-cockpit arrangement.
well, we just dont know, but also we dont know the true performance and behavior of such configuration
calm down guys.
sferin, tell me whats the problem, the planes with directonal stability problems needs the fins, now you put other shape adn geoetry like in the BB trainer and you have other aerodynamic-sw forces under the airframe, so???
adp pal, i just leave, because, look sferin you and others will start with that “no you are wrong” argument, but i dont see anymore, so why i shoud stay????
i respect your position guys, so let this thread end, you can think wathever you ant that isnt my problem….
I’m sure some people would ( at least I do, in part).
Now I’m familiar with Reynolds number, but what do you mean by “entropic relation on fluid dynamics” ??? Entropy is not to be used lightly…
entropy concepts are widely used in aerodynamics, determining the energy relation in the gases, the gas behavior, etc.. under expansion or compression, look im not here to be the “wised” and “smarter” guy, only to try to start a more scientific debate, nothing more
i know that again im discussing with guys with 20 sr71 pop-books, or 40 posters or 200 pics of the blackbird, so what can i do???
again you guys can believe whatever, but the facts are there
my best regards, goodbye
