???, you really believe in that?, look i think that you overrate the stealth tech, stealth tech and concepts are not so complicated, only new, but also arent so effective, look the aircraft shape dont work against LF-MF, because the very expansive propieties of the radio at such frecuencies, faceted shape could work against HF, but not in the rate of some claims, look the f117, and imagine the cuantify of turbulence arround that machine that increase the radar detection, painted black, an black bodie (IR lightbulb) i know some “mothers nature” laws, and what i have talk with some engieeners and people that works in the industry, the stealth tech was very overrated, if that tech only depends by an stupid screw (something somewhat ridicoulus, for me), well i would not have as much trust in that.

with this im not saying that stealth tech sucks, but its very overrated, specially in the f22

SOC, again you are saying the same about stealth, what you see are only details (with that an huge cuantify of birds can be considered stealth), i try to see the whole design

I never have defended the russsian harware, im only try to be objective, because i have read a big cuantify of stupidities in the military books

again here the problem is the lack of knowledge, some people here think that only with faceted surfaces or RAMed airframes you can reach stealth, but its much more complicated, so is very easy to fall in corporative-political propaganda/advertising

well, well, well, there are lot of sources for the development of a aircraft proyect

both Lavi and J10 have nothing to do with the f16, both concepts are very diferent, israel used some standar pieces on the lavi to save costs.

the unstable design concept was studied by russians and chineses at 80s end with their own airframes and tech, both teams reach to the same basic configuration, like the EF, Rafale, even M2000

again perhaps some techs were studied (specially FBW), but it dont mean that the j10 is based on the Lavi

first, the raptor ISNT AN STEALTH DESIGN, and that is obvius like 2+2=4,i have explained that before, also to get more money to the proyect the reports put an stealth machine with RCS of 0.000XXX, is just like the b1b case…, but yes, the plane have an reduction of the radar signature (mainly by RAM), but is not sooo big.

the 31 (A,B,….M,X,Y,Z) have some tactical advantages, it stay high, so the missiles range is better, and the 22s missiles range decrease (so it must be closer to attack), thats regard with the 31

that f117 “idiots planners” shootdown cause is just an excuse, to hide the real problems, remember that the NATO-US losses were very low in the war, all the missions were very well planed specially the f117 missions.

but obvious, there are some guys that have 30 f22s books, 50 posters and 4-3 ATF PC games……what can i do :rolleyes: ….
