pakistan want airplane they can build themself in case of a war. but pakistan dont have the engineer skill to do it so china help them and design it for them. jf17 is really for pakistan benefit not china.
but best fighter in pakistan is really f16. jf17 come close but f16 is better. that is why pakistan need j10b or j31 but cannot sell to pakistan until they get americans out.

So, what exactly are you trying to prove with the images? The images you posted are simply showing aircraft with radars in them. (By the way, that image of Typhoon shows it’s the Captor-M radar, a very old image). But what those images don’t show is how capable they are nor what they’re actually capable of. You can count the T/R Modules and work out the sizes of the antennas and one would get an idea of their Field of Regard, for example. But surely, if you took time to count the T/R Modules on each antenna and learn about their Field of Regard, you’d find out that Typhoon’s AESA has in excess of 1,400+ T/R Modules whilst the Rafale’s and J-10B’s each has a similar number of approximately 1,100 T/R Modules. It is also worth noting that the AESA radars on the Rafale and the J-10B have ‘fixed arrays’, where has the Typhoon’s Captor-E (AESA) has it’s array coupled to a ‘Repositioner’ giving it 220-Degrees WFoR, (Wide Field of Regard), significantly more than the former’s AESA’s arrays. Work it out.

this is why you have no experience. being first mean you can be first to see how it work and then make change. it means j10b radar is more a pioneer.
you can see like jf17 and indian tejas, jf17 made it first and paf is giving feed back already to make the next block version.

you do not understand. jf17 design is special design made for pakistan so they can build fighter for themself. pakistan do not hve strong engineering background so china had to design fighter for pakistan skill sets.
for exports china can do j10a or b instead. it is much more capable airplane. but i do not think china will permit license building of it. if a country want to build it by license, they need to go jf17 instead
