    This is not the only Typhoon project. Peter Smith has a 1b, EJ922 project underway down in kent. This project is featured on the new Typhoon at War DVD.

    [QUOTE=Willow].

    Septic, many thanks for the Nord3400 photo. Very nice. Quite a rarity in UK skies, I believe.

    I believe there was one based in the UK, but in may now be out of CoA.
    Take a look at this site.

    Only three operational in Europe!

    Whats happened to the Military, this show would normally always feature some MoD presence.

    Is it me, or are the Hawker Hind and Nimrod deliberately avoiding each other, both were originally booked for Legends, but the Hind failed to show. (Was it U/S or weather problems?) Each time a list for Old Warden is posted I hope for the long awaited pairing to appear.

    that Beaver is excellent and would have been quite a “special” on the flightline. Not exactly a warbird, but approaching “vintage” status surely?

    The same applies to this very pretty Nord 3400.

    I think the Beaver is the support ship for the Dutch Spitfire.

    Hairyplane, thanks for the personal insight into owning and operating the Maggie and Ryan. Have ever considered purchasing a Messenger, it would fit in well with all the other Milles aircraft at Old Warden.

    Forget the P 51, how about asking NAW to build an M-20!

    [QUOTE=DamienB]Good stuff – glad to see somebody wasn’t on the tank bank!

    Thanks Damien, I’ve spent the last 5 legends on the ‘Tank Bank’, I thought it was time for a change.

    No fun comparing pics when everyones got the same with varying focal lengths!

    Thanks for the kind comments, given better weather I would have hoped for a better selection, typically the rain hammered down at the most inopportune moments.

    Heres a few more.
