I got to FRA last year before the deck closed and it was awesome. As regards walking to somwhere I dont honestly know.

The only place I know is the eating area in terminal 2 but its a limited view and pictures are very difficult as its through glass.

Right so where are we all goig to meet when we get off our flights? I know nothing about what airlines arrive in to what areas so is there somewhere we can assemble so no one gets lots. I dont want what happened to DC-10 fan at the DUB meet to happen to anyone again that was a long walk.

I dont think many Irish people go to GIB. When we go to the other Spanish resorts arounds ALC and AGP etc all we do is give out about English people and the way the go on when on holidays so I think they can forget DUB and ORK its the last place most Irish people would think about going.

This is really terrible. Sunday morning flight would probably have been full of VFR passengers or at leat mostly leisure passengers. May they all RIP.

Good report. I look after lost baggage as part of my job and am just thankful that we didnt handle any LHR flights and FlyBE didnt have to many problems.

I to choose to take the cheaper option for my summer holiday and routed through BCN enroute to ALC and had no baggage problems luckily.

I saw G-LSAC yesterday it was operating LBA-ALC-LBA a very nice aircraft and made a difference from the A319/A320s and 737s in ALC.

LHG????? Heathwick?? Gatrow??? LOL do you meen LGW Im not to sure.

I know KM use T4 in LHR and Imwondering how much O&D traffic they carry on the route.I would imagine that BA feed some transcontinental passengers onto KM flights.

I dont think FR and U2 give a damn that there is already 3 airlines on the route all they want to do is take the passengers and ring every penny they can out of the route.

I dont know it U2 would do very well on domestic routes from MAD. After fling with IB today and last week and seeing just how many passengers are transferring from international flights to domestic flights and the other way round is mind boggling.

    Jet2Malta sounds nice doesnt it???
Id rather see someone like LS jump in there and get a footing in the market before FR and U2 go in and destroy it.

Maybe its jsut me and I dont want to start anything bad off here but has anyone else noticed that these incidents keep happening to Jet2!!!

Im certainly NOT doubting their maintenance but its just pure unlucky.

You guys should see the new mound about another 20 mins walk from the original one.

Its MASSSSSSIVE and not for anybody who cant climb at all the pictures you can get of aircraft at the holding point of 10 are incredible.

If you have a car or Im off that day you can get to a normal sized mound a little further up near the long stay car park. Ive spent many hours relaxing their this summer.
