    news regarding airports doesnt seem to attract alot of attention on here. Nobody seem interested when I started a thread about DUB getting a second runway and 2 new terminals. HAHAHAHA DUB plans flatten EDIs LOL

    I found it quite starange that they were starting STN and changing to LGW. That almost as crazy as the airline who planned to start with 737 and switch to A320s. Why not start as you mean to go on???

    I think alot of people would be in the smae situation LBARULES. Most Irish people are still shocked when they hear Kerry & Sligo have airports.

    If fares are low enough they will work. One of them is quite near Berlin and te other scattered around Poland. But look at all the French routes that work. Some of the litteraly to the middle of nowhere. As countries like Poland continue to grow and the GNP increase then routes like this will suceed.

    Maybe they will but of course they will have the little note to say they arnt actually flying to Warsaw. If you dont like it dont fly there but most importantly dont complain about it.

    Ive just been having a closer look at the press release and I noticed this in it. Bearing in mid this is from the Ryanair website.

    “In 2004 Michael O’Leary said: “Who wants to go to Gdansk? There ain’t a lot there after you’ve seen the shipyard wall”. There he goes – wrong again.

    I saw 3 contrails following each other today heading west over Dublin quite a rare scene for me at least. I once saw an Aer Arran atr 42 making contrails after departing SNN. I was young and innocent then and didnt think props made contrails.

    Finally I think people are seeing sense. All I want people to understand is they over a cheap,punctual service between A and B. What more do you want??? Some staff are unfreindly but every airline has some unfreindly staff and they are probably just sick of people making totally dumb and untrue comments.

    They are a very lucky airline. If any other airline had made the mistakes they have made they may well be on the pile with Sabena and Swissair.
