Yes I never tire of how good they are for short breaks and business trips. Ryanairs lower fares have certainly made those 2 much more possible in previous years but Id rather go with a national airline for my holidays. Its not for service because I fly Iberia but secuirity incase somthing goes wrong like it did last year. Missed connection. Ryanair attitude is tough luck were as Iberia attitude was well put you onto the next flight and heres some vouchers for lunch.

You dont know where 555 PAX will be coming from????? LHR-JFK is one of the busiest routes in the world. Combined with the BD/VS agreements which allows BD passengers from all over the UK to connect to VS flights they will fill the A380 up pretty fast.
Perhaps Sir Richard Branson is after the same thats you opinion but he has brougt a hole new dimension to air travel.
If it wasnt for VS we may be 10 years behind in terms of IFE and service.

VS primarily based in LGW. Perhaps you should get your eyes tested. BA have a strong fleet of 747s and 777s and seem to be doing mighty well with what they have. Why fix what isnt broken. I would be surprised to see BA oreder it at any stage.
Although a fanatic Airbus fan I do prefer Boeings long haul aircraft and I think BA have got it perfect with Boeing for Long Haul and Airbus for Short/Medium Haul. And the great thing about it is everyones happy. BA cat be said to favour Airbus and so avoid that political argument that LOT may find themselves in shortly.

Well pointed out MINIDOH I mentioned Murica as a destination that Ryanair flies to . It has great potential. It located closer to Torrivieja than Alicante is but I book flight to ALC anyway as although I think they are great for short breaks and business trips I wouldnt fly with Ryanair for my main summer holiday.
