Glad it’s not just me :D, it varies like right now it’s fine but some pages don’t load at all sometimes.

Just thinking that, post the topic and it back to norm now.

The big 30th, was there two and a bit years ago, they do say the 30’s are the new 20’s, thats my excuse anyway, have a good day 738.

Guess if it was kitted out in full Jet2โ€™s colour scheme it would kind of look like a Jetstar 717?, but as itโ€™s a short term lease it aint gona happen.

I would suggest either parking at the hotel just under the runway tunnels, car is pretty safe there and taking a long walk along side 06R till you reach the bottom.
Also if you drive under the runway tunnels carry on over the roundabout and up the hill and take a right sign posted for Moberly and just follow your nose towards the runway, you can usually park off the road and a quick walk will take you to the edge of 06R.
Sounds a bit complicated but once youโ€™ve mastered it its easy, all being well may try and get down there on Sunday myself, Mrs Wilag permitting of course.

๐Ÿ˜ฎ OMG! I can’t believe you actually liked them…I thought they were bloody terrible. ๐Ÿ˜€ :diablo:

One airline that no-one has yet to mention, and has quite recently disappeared is…Britannia

I flew with them on numerous occasions, because the aircraft where always clean, and staff where always helpful and polite. And not only this, but that old livery was stunning…

And since they have been changed from Britannia to Thompsonfly, I know several people that have flown with them and notice a change for the worse…

    !BRING BACK BRITANNIA!

You took the words right out of my mouth there Cloud_9, here here

    2 airports in 1 day – dedication:D:D:D

Had me fooled there too, the only give away was Birmingham was sunny and Man looked its usual dull Grey self.
Nice crisp, clear shots grey, top notch.

Caledonian, Dan Air London (Now under the BA banner)

Also to note this means that the only UK operation which is still got the same name is Monarch?

Nice pics there sir, the first shot of that Robin 2160 brings back some fond memories, I flew my first 10 hours of my PPL in one of those at Shurburn, is that a Leeds based one or from Sherburn?

It’s got to be Manchester biased I know but the local authorities seem to like us enthusiasts. ๐Ÿ˜€

Quality as per the norm Lance, I was contemplating a trip down this week as I am off work but it just a tad to cold at the moment.
