ex-Air UK Training School, I remember it in the hangar not looking quite so worse for wear! Fictitious reg G-TINY was due to the nickname of the then Head of the Training School Tiny Livingstone.
Hi Nicko, e-mail has been sent to you, regards Dave
Hi there,
They’re still listed in the March 1964 AP1086 Sec 14B (AL82 incorporated 21/6/65)
As to when the ones pictured were produced/issued I’m not sure.
Regards
Dave

No, in the case of 27H/2542 there is not aircraft type against it.
The listings in AP1086 can be a little confusing and sometimes for the most specific of items that can only fit one aircraft type there is no type shown. I guess the over-riding document would be the Vol 3 Parts Schedule for the aircraft/equipment.
Not very detailed regarding aircraft types, but attached should be extracts from AP1086 Sec 27H dated March 1965
Hopefully it’ll be of interest.
Dave
This is taken from Alan Hulme’s (Air Ministry) publication for Section 5D and 6D info, the AP1086s I have are too late and don’t list the bottles you’re looking at.
If there’s any other info you need I’ll have a look to see if anything is in there.

Dave

I’ve had a look in a mid-50s copy of Sec 5UC and it’s not listed unfortunately.

Dave
Apologies for that, 2 pages must’ve been taken through in scanning.
Hopefully the missing page will be attached.

Here’s the link to a scan of AP1086 Section 5X dated 5th August 1960; I tried to embed here but it wouldn’t work

If you have any trouble with the file then please let me know and I should be able to e-mail a copy to you.
Hope the Sec 5X is of interest.
