    Could the E3 not shoulder some of the SAR responsibility, it has range and comms? or would that be c*ck?

    There is so much to do to make mine operational I doubt she will be ready throughout any time next year. (unless a miracle happens!)

    How about this ? As Kev 35 correctly says you could taxi to the Wedding prop is now fully operational and I believe its the only Spitfire replica or otherwise with operational blank Firing 20mm cannons, you could have a salute. :diablo: PM sent.

    I was thinking the very same thing, perhaps HM goverment can send the water cannons out to meet the picketing cabin crews too ? :rolleyes:

    Item number 220520345201 What date would these be? And what was based there?

    We have one of these at Trebulzue, RAF St Mawgan, built 1940 and would fit 4 x Spitfires

    On the Falklands I still clearly remember the 3 things you did not mess with.

    1 The food. (OK it was only compo rations but the chefs were miracle workers)

    2 Gozomie date. (we all had our tick down chart for going home)

    3 The mail. (if the airbridge failed to get in there were some pretty pissed off bunnies)

    I can’t see the serviceman out in foreign parts taking too kind to this shambolic treatment.

    Hi Paul, did you get any pics of the filming?
    Seems silly building a dummy control tower when they already have the genuine WWII era example, along with other buildings, on the Trebelzue site – thats film people for you I guess!

    Supposed to be in germany, all the ‘not rights’ would have picked up on that!
