Has someone been using photoshop!
WK624 is privately owned and flies from Hawarden and for WP896 see the other chippie thread. Have to say I agree with you TopGun Chipmunks with Lycomings are awful.
Would love to help but I think you’ll need to find your 3822 as the chippies end at WP872 and then start again at WP893. 🙂
Is this what you’re after 😉
WD346 – Crashed into the North Sea 26/09/86 as G-MUNK
WD373 – Propshop Ltd, Duxford
WG350 – K.Tomsett, Down south UK somewere – flyer
WP800 – Micheal Turner ( Aviation Artist ), Henlow
WP829 – Privately owned, Kentucky USA as N88925
WP973 – P.Waller, Booker as G-BCPU
VP524 ????
It’s the first time I see wheelcaps at a chipmunk (look at G-APOY). Is this a configuration which can be found on other (military) Chipmunks?

😮 Is the aviation world going to be told about this and given the oppurtunity to try and save her or will she just dissappear? First I’ve heard of this airframe being under such an immediate threat.
