Whats the fuss – what a great little stopover and ‘kneesup’ for the hard working BBMF crews in Amsterdam, I’d look out for another member of the crew looking for something else wrong to stay another few days…….;):D:cool:
I should be there both days with our Dragon Rapide, looking forward to it. 😎
Was sorely tempted by a Dragon Rapide ride, especially when asked by the man running the Classic Flight’s stall, but unfortunately it would bankrupt me!
Don’t worry Rob I will drag the money out of your pocket next time!! ;):)
Great little collection of photos, nice work.
Ah, phew, thats better! WD390 is a lovely aircraft, one of the owners was kind enough to show me around her a little while ago, she really is immaculate. Great photos all round. Top work. 😀 😎
I was sitting in my brothers car when it flew in 😀
Brian
Noooooo, oh well better luck next time! 😀
This is all very well Brian – but where is the Chipmunk photo’s!!?? :D:D
I’m planning on being there and looking forward to it. 🙂
Bidford I believe. The pilot who was flying her is a friend of mine, didn’t want to ask to many questions.
Unfortunately she suffered an accident on take-off but is now understood to be on rebuild ‘down south’. :):)
I’d be happy if they just started making all the spares again for a Chipmunk…..:)
Sorry, I know, it’s not English, etc, etc…….:D
Maybe something with a lower kill ratio!
Something Italian? 😀
PM should be with you. 🙂
I know Lincolshire is pretty sparse in places but……:D
Hi DGH Sorry if this sounds like a silly question but i have looked on the classic flight website but i can not find a section on Volunteering. Do i just e mail them to tell them that i am interested.
thank you
Anthony
Hello Anthony, until earlier this year you would have just needed to contact me but I’ve passed the position on now but if you send me your details I will pass them onto Simon.
All the best,
Dave 🙂
