Anyone who thinks 3 Gorges Dam is a tramp card is delusional. Germany manufactured over 1,000 submarines, over 1,000 jet fighters despite daily heavy bombardment. 3 Gorges Dam is a drop in the bucket when it comes to Chinese industrial infrastructure.

Any IRBM launched from Taiwan at the Three Gorges Dam would have to travel over 1,000 km and get attacked by over 100 HQ-9 air defense missiles along the way. Chance of survival is minimal.
