For those of you who do care, you can see her here.

Usual obscurations rather than straight answers–the usual blanket–it’s in the interst of the children blah, blah.

It’s a pity the authorities don’t take such close interest in many of the excesses that occur in care homes.

Quite frankly, I reckon many children would be safer fostered even by that nice Uncle Adolf and Auntie Eva than they are in privately run care homes which takes hundreds (if not tens of thousands) of Pounds a week from the tax-payer etc.

No Bob, my guess would be that it’s probably some hand wringing, do gooding woman who got a poor degree at some ghastly red brick university and who learned Trotskyism in the student union bar and once sold the Socialist Worker, and called everyone brother and sister, and has waited thirty five years to stick one over those nasty fascists of the right–silly cow. I could also have added a phrase about about her not having enough common sense to wipe her own *rse but the sentence was too long already..!

Actually I think she was on TV today defending her position.
    Didn’t see it because a) I have a business to run and don’t give a f*ck, and b) don’t watch telly and don’t give a f*ck.

Hope this in some way helps–but I doubt it.

Ah, of course, because only those with organised religious beliefs have any morality!

Well as individuals no one is achieving very much–are they..??
The advertising and money men are winning hands down at present.
I’m no supporter of the church but isn’t offering a moral lead what they are paid for..?

Someone, somewhere needs to make a stand soon in my ‘onest guv.

    Oh, and also.
The Harley Davidson Riders Club GB is always useful when it comes to spannering old HD’s.
Totally independant (NOT HOG related) and with a good web-site offering loads of help.
    Always worth a look.

    Al.
I owned a couple of Hardleys once.
I always preferred the Sportster myself–and really regret selling mine.

If you ever want to consult, borrow tools, or generally moan about skinned knuckles, rusted bolts etc, contact me here.

    Andy.

PS. You will have to hear about Honda V-4’s if you do that though….:);):)

I think OS mean operating system. Not sure that the criticisms bother me me much – if at all!! No one has to be a member so if it’s not working to anyone’s satisfaction they can go elsewhere…..

It seems that he wants to print it off.
Goodness knows why anyone would want to print off much of the rubbish which is written on here.

Having started this thread and read all the comments, I tend towards thinking that senior members of the Church Of England should read it too.
They then might realise that they appear to be irrelevant to the majority here, and although this isn’t anything like a representative cross-section, I suspect irrelevant to a huge majority in wider society.
Seems like the vote the other day was just another step on the road to oblivion for them.
While my own spiritual views remain my own business (assuming I have any), after reading the other thread here (and commenting on it) regarding what appears to be the moral vacuum at the heart of British society, I might also suggest to the leaders of the CofE that they stop arguing and get off their indolent backsides and start offering some moral leads.
They might then become less irrelevant.
