I believe the maximum amount you can be charged for making a call in this country, is about £3 per minute.

There will always be those who claim the moral high ground, by taking offence on behalf of others.
There are those who have made a career out of it.

It’s often a matter of who says what, and who they work for. In as much as, a school teacher can come
out with a seemingly innocuous remark, end up being sacked, and getting their story in the newsapaper.
A comedian such as Bill Connolly can refer to Catholic priests as a bunch of paedophiles in red velvet, and it barely
gets a mention. Maybe as he’s in a position where he doesn’t give a toss what people think.

Not sure if this was mentioned in one of the links or not ?

Since its founding on November 8, 1901, in Sonnborn (now a borough of Wuppertal)
Stocko has grown from a small fabrication operation to a company active around the
world. It is now a member of the YKK Group.

Well I appreciate seeing the pictures from Duxford, and the updates as to what is happening there.
I also try to contribute when circumstances allow.
I suppose I am guilty of (slightly) over processing photos at times. Although (I think) it can be
warranted if photographing a dark aircraft to bring out some detail. Rather than posting a silhouette.

I’m not that good a photographer that I feel qualified to comment critically on the pictures of others.

My brother, who is an IT consultant had a similar call, so decided to take them for a bit of a ride.

There’s one or two good videos on Youtube of people winding up these scammers.

    I like this one : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IPutRD_UZmk

I was under the impression that the spare engines were used, after it’s little mishap a couple of years ago.

    Nice pictures, all things considered.
Seems like the flypast consisted of the Red Arrows.

Yesterday saw the BBMF fighters passing over High Wycombe a great 5 ship formation. Now have just seen the helicopters flying over for the Queen’s flypast I guess with a bright yellow Sea King great sight in the rain and low cloud an environment they are well used to.

Only saw the Red Arrows on tv. Did the rest cancel ?

Has gone…..?? No doubt we will hear much about the “legacy” of the World Cup for rugger this year. I suspect the effect will be as minimal as that of the 2012 Olympics, …….>>….

The Olympic legacy has worked in our neck of the woods. In Hadleigh where the mountain biking took place, there has been a lot of money spent in opening up a little used area. Improved footpaths, cycle tracks, a new visitor centre and cafe.
