Cameras don’t take pictures, photographers do.

If the unthinkable should happen and somebody on a boat were killed. The tabloids would again be calling for a total ban on airshows,
wherever they were held. Aviation experts would be on every TV news programme, telling us what went wrong, and eye witnesses
telling everyone what they thought they saw. I don’t think we really need that………again.

Would a Harrier be allowed to fly in the UK ?

Interesting… If true, it’s maybe for deck handling practice on the new carriers ?
Although if that were the case, they’d done this before now I would have thought ?

I should imagine that if the problem is present in more than one engine, all Merlins worldwide will need to be checked ?

Just leaving Kentwell Hall in Suffolk yesterday at about 4:45pm.
Looked back towards house to see a Chinook, very low and very fast, pass by.

Films we have watched recently

The Age of Adaline ………. Not bad, worth a watch. A new slant on an old idea

Table 19 …………………….. A reasonable comedy

Going in Style ……………… Good film, well worth watching

John Wick 2 ………………… Usual blood fest, along the lines of taken etc..Instantly forgettable but setting the scene for JW 3

I only have one : Hawker Hurricane, by Robert Jackson. ISBN 0-7137-1683-5
At the back it lists all of the Hurricanes built, along with batch details.
